Stretch!

Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve. ~ Mary Kay Ash

There is no one limiting us but ourselves. Each one of us has unlimited potential to make a difference in this world.

It depends on how much you let yourself go… We rein in our desires and our dreams, doubt our capabilities and are wary of the results.

My father used to say, “Give your Best and leave the rest. If you succeed you’ve done well – keep aiming for more… if you fail, well you have a lesson there – learn from it, improvise and try again!”. That is Awesome advice when i think back now.

Why worry about results so much when you know in your heart that what you are doing is right, that it doesn’t harm anyone and that you are being you and not someone the world expects you to be…

Everyone can walk with the crowd, it takes courage, passion, conviction and belief in the self to take a different path and achieve great things..

Don’t label yourself with statements like, “I cant do this”.” I’ve never been able to do that..” “I don’t think that’s possible”… they only feed the impression of limitation. You can do whatever you set your heart to do… Empower yourself by telling yourself frequently – “I can..” and “I will..”

“When you reach for the stars, you are reaching for the farthest thing out there. When you reach deep into yourself, it is the same thing, but in the opposite direction. If you reach in both directions, you will have spanned the universe.”  ~ Vera Nazarian
